Opening Times
Monday-Friday between 8.30am and 6pm, Saturday 9am-5pm.
Sundays we are closed.
Bank holidays are charged at weekend prices.
If a job goes past normal opening times then weekend prices will be charged per hour after 6pm on weekdays.
Safety Measures
We feel it is safer to work with a minimum of two members of staff to ensure your possessions are moved carefully and safely.
If a request is made to only use the collection and delivery service, then the customers will need to help with large or heavy items, DTT will take no responsibility for any damage or injury incurred using this service.
Payment
You will need to pay a 50% deposit, once you have agreed our quote, to secure your booking.
Additional costs to consider with your collection and delivery
Congestion Charge and ULEZ
If we need to enter the London Congestion Charge zone or the ULEZ, charges will apply. See the Transport for London website for more info.
Parking Dispensation
A parking dispensation may be required to allow us to park in restricted areas, such as double yellow lines or red lines, at either address.
It is your responsibility to secure parking dispensation at least 5 days before your moving date. Charges may apply from your local council or Transport for London.
If you do not obtain dispensation where it is required, the cost of any parking fines will be added to your removal bill.

The job was to relocate my Dad's bedroom / living room plus his office & music equipment from Croydon to Brighton. Dad had not moved in over 30 years so he and I were both quite anxious about it. Right from the start I was glad I called Adrian, and our initial conversation left me feeling confident things would go well. Sure enough, my Dad remarked how impressed he was with Adrian and Anthony when they were loading the van his end, and when they were unloading at my end I saw the care they took with all the items, large or small. We had a few very awkward bits of furniture to get up a narrow flight of stairs and into a tight spot upstairs: no problem. Great guys, top service, highly recommended.

Cannot recommend enough!! Just book them. Adrian is an absolute pleasure to use and both him and his colleague (SO sorry I've forgotten your name!!) were both polite, professional, friendly, and great company to have around on what was a very stressful day through no fault of theirs. We were held up by solicitors so these guys were so understanding and patient, and when we finally got our keys the old owners hadn't moved out yet because they'd been let down by their movers (different company). When the other removal company finally turned up, the comparison of having the two removal companies working side by side was insane. DTT was head and shoulders above and the other company even had the cheek to ask to borrow DTT's equipment?! No idea what the other company was but honestly I'd never use another removal company again. DTT all the way!!

Really pleased with the service from Dash the Trash, booked them for a house move. Adrian is a very approachable, friendly person and has been really responsive with queries I've had. Booking and quotation process was easy and clearly communicated throughout. We were also able to boxes, tape, and bubble wrap from Adrian.
Adrian and George were the team on our move day, and they both handled our possessions and furniture with care, and loaded them onto the van securely. Would 100% recommend!

Adrian and Ben are very personable and very easy to work with. They arrived on time and they worked diligently. They gave an estimate for the work (based on the likely tonnage for commercial waste drop-off) and this was broadly spot on. On a philosophical note, we have all got to figure out a better way of consuming and disposing of "stuff" but until such time, DTT services are much needed and much appreciated. I highly recommend the services of this company.

Superb removal company. Dash The Trash (Adrian and Ben) offer a really friendly service, very professional & considerate and went way over their expected time due to 2 very difficult beds to dismantle and re-assemble and didn't charge us a penny more. We're absolutely delighted to have found them and have already recommended them as the best local service for removals.

I wholeheartedly agree with the other 5 star reviews on here. Adrian helped me move a couple of very heavy sofas - he was extremely patient, helpful and friendly throughout, even though this wasn't an easy job. Moreover, his price was extremely competitive compared to the competition. I will most certainly use Dash the Trash again.
I used Adrian's company again a couple of weeks ago (October 2018). This time to move a large TV from Norbury to Wallington. There were stairs to negotiate at both addresses. Adrian and his new assistant Ben were both extremely polite, efficient and friendly, just as Adrian was last time.
I don't hesitate to recommend them.

I HIGHLY recommend DTT. Adrian is a lovely hard working man who is not afraid of stairs! He packed up my home and moved me to my new home in one trip. He has a very bubbly and calming personality and brought my stress levels to a minimum!
