We can provide a full service to help declutter, safely pack items through to unpacking and arranging the items as you wish at the other end. Conversely, if you would like to manage certain aspects we can work around your needs and give any advice.
For friends, family and staff helping a senior moving, we are happy to take you through the process and help make any adjustments you might need.
Retirement & Care Home Moving Services
Full Property Move & Clearance
We will handle everything from packing and decluttering to safely moving and unpacking your belongings at your new home. If you don’t want to take any items with you, we can work with one of our charity partners or properly dispose of it.
Full Property Move
If you’ve completed any decluttering and don’t need any assistance, we’re happy to help you pack everything up and safely move it to your new home.
Clearance
Whether you need a few large items removed or a complete clearance, we can meet your needs. We are fully licensed to dispose of most types of waste and can also find new homes for pre-loved items through one of our charity partners.
Partial Move
We can also assist with some larger and heavier items, ensuring that they travel safely. Assisting with loading and unloading into its new home.
Packing Service
Packing can be difficult, especially during stressful times, so we offer a packing service that uses our years of experience to provide safe and secure packing prior to your move.
Additional costs to consider with your care home removal
Congestion Charge
If we need to enter the London Congestion Charge zone charges will apply. See the Transport for London website for more info.
Parking Dispensation
A parking dispensation may be required to allow us to park in restricted areas, such as double yellow lines or red lines, at either address.
It is your responsibility to secure parking dispensation at least 5 days before your moving date. Charges may apply from your local council or Transport for London.
If you do not obtain dispensation where it is required, the cost of any parking fines will be added to your removal bill.
