Quotes for Clearances
Labour is charged on top at £120 p/h (For 2 People) which will be added to the total bill.
Please note: Any goods requiring clearance will need to be easily accessible for us to remove. If items are to be left outside, please ensure they are dry and covered in case of rain.

Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs)
Amendment #2 UK Legislation / July 2023
Please note that due to new legislation the following information adds an additional cost to the items listed below;
- Chemical Hazardous substances that are harmful to humans and wildlife are found in upholstered furniture with fabric coverings & cushions need to be incinerated and NOT sent to landfill.
- This includes, sofas, sofa beds, footstools, armchairs, office chairs, cushions, kitchen/dining room chairs etc
- Also materials such as leather, synthetic leather and foam are also included.
Additional charges are made for the following items:
The following items will incur an additional cost due to their nature. We only dispose of these items when part of a full service:
- Mattresses (Per Unit)
We can not take the following items:
- Fridges & freezers
- Hazardous / toxic material
- Rubble & Concrete
- Tiles
- Building waste
- Asbestos
- Paint
- Tyres

Monday to Friday – 9am – 5:30pm
Saturday – 9am – 5:30pm
Sundays we are closed.
Safety Measures
We feel it is safer to work with a minimum of two removal staff to ensure your possessions are cleared carefully and safely.
If a request is made to only use the man and van service, then the customers will need to help with large or heavy items, DTT will take no responsibility for any damage or injury incurred using this service.
Payment
You will need to pay a deposit equivalent to 2 hours work, once you have agreed our quote, to secure your booking.
Additional costs to consider with your clearance
Parking Dispensation
A parking dispensation may be required to allow us to park in restricted areas, such as double yellow lines or red lines, at either address.
It is your responsibility to secure parking dispensation at least 5 days before your moving date. Charges may apply from your local council or Transport for London.
If you do not obtain dispensation where it is required, the cost of any parking fines will be added to your removal bill.
